I was very pleased with National Van Lines! I've never used a moving service before but have reached the age when neither I nor my friends should we schleping boxes and furniture. I knew nothing about how to get the project completed but started with Tom Harry at Moving Link and he helped me find Golden/National. The staff was simply wonderful! Everyone was friendly, organized, professional, and quick! Even the driver, Matthew, went out if his way to be helpful. It was so smooth and, while not "easy", we moved 2,000 with a minimum of work and worry. Thank you all!

Yarnall/National did a great job for us on our move. Jeff Chapman was very responsive in setting the move up when we wanted to do it and the people involved did excellent work. The loaders in Bradenton used great caution with our furniture, blanketing and wrapping everything and were very careful not to damage any of our possessions or the house. John the driver was great and was very professional. Joe, who helped with the unloading in Bluffton was also excellent. He took great care with everyth ing and was very careful with everything. This was the best move we've ever had.

I have moved five times in the last ten years and THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST. Tom Tristan, who came to get the ball rolling, said I wouldn't be sorry and I'm not. The price was higher than others but well worth the extra money. I especially want to mention my mover, Danny. He should get a gold star. My apartment complex has two elevators and when we arrived we discovered they were laying carpet by the one closest me. He had to bring everything up from the one farthest away. He did it with a p leasant disposition and a smile on his face.

National gave me the best price plus I found out on the web they are one of the top moving companies. The drivers and workers were great. The company made sure that I did not have to pay for storage as we could not get into our house as soon as the truck originally could. The move had some confusion, that is to be expected. I have moved 3 times from state to state and this is been the best.

Everything with National Van Lines was professional and super easy from the first point of contact to the in-home estimate to the actual move date. Jack Morgan and Dennis Synder were amazing and made things so easy. Our only problem was the road being too muddy for Dennis the day of delivery. He was professional, courteous and kind in the way he handled the transition over to Daniel's Moving who held onto our belongings and delivered a few days later. Moving is stressful, there is no way aro und it but National Van Lines made it feel like that part of it was being handled and taken care of.

We had an exceptional experience with Charles and his crew at both ends of moving. Charles was very efficient and maintained professional control by immediately clearing up a glitch of arriving a day early to pack us up in Venice. When he and his crew returned the following morning they worked quickly, efficiently and quietly. This crew was so professional that we had neighbors commenting on their quiet professionalism. Charles caught up with us in Evanston, IL sooner than we expected. Agai n, his professionalism rose to the surface as he encountered a tricky unloading situation in our new building. He and his crew member forged on and had us unloaded in a timely manner. Not only did Charles work quickly, he and his crew always followed directions; always asked questions to be sure that we were satisfied with placement, etc. Charles was so thorough that he hesitated to leave because he felt he could do more for us. We assured him that he had already exceeded all of our needs an d expectations. When Charles did leave us, we felt we were saying good bye to a good friend. His leaving involved good wishes, hand shakes and big hugs. For the all anxiety we originally felt about the responsibility of such a big move, we were immediately put at ease by Charles, especially, and his respective crews. We can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

I was able to keep in touch w Joseph Green of the OnTime Moving and Storage. I received all my items, except one chair. They have it and I would like to ask them if they could ship it to me. I was surprised to see a U-Haul truck pull up instead of a semi...but then realized the semi would not have been able to maneuver through our private neighborhood streets. The company provided two people to complete the packing and the driver of the truck was also one of the movers. They were all so efficient and asking questions about what was being packed by them vs. packed by myself. They marked and labeled everything. I was amazed at how fast everything was packed and then loaded up by j ust two people! And they were the most pleasant people doing a most unpleasant job (in my book). When they arrived several days later at my new home across the country, it was the same two movers who had packed most of my belongings onto the U-Haul truck but now my 'stuff' arrived on a National Van Lines semi. Again, they were so efficient and friendly...they were done unloading in what I thought was record time. And, as I unpacked some of my most fragile items, not a single thing was broken (except for a few pieces I personally had packed).
