I have nothing but amazing things to say about National Van Lines. Before my move from Los Angeles to New Jersey, they answered every question I had regarding procedure, packing, etc. and did so in a knowledgable and polite manner. On moving day, the movers were ahead of schedule and diligently packed all of my belongings and handled them with care in a timely manner. They were communicative throughout the cross-country move, providing me with updates and timelines. Once they arrived at my new l ocation in New Jersey, the movers unpacked everything and re-assembled all my furniture in also a timely manner. Nothing was broken or missing. I will 1000 percent recommend National Van Lines to anyone looking for a long distance move. I was very nervous after hearing so many horror stories from others who have moved cross-country with other companies and the fact that National Van Lines blew away my expectations was extremely comforting. They deserve an A+ rating!

Troy and Eric were absolutely wonderful. They were great. There was a couple of issues, but Troy explained them all to us and we were very satisfied. Eric went above and beyond he was working hard the entire time when they were unloading the truck. If we ever were to move again, we would definitely recommend these two employees. They were great.

AQMS- Jack was very knowledgeable helped us understand what to expect with their services provided. Thanks, Jack! Our Van Lines driver, Art, made our moving across the country experience better than I expected. Let me explain. I had anxiety from the moment we were notified to initiate packing. The driver called me a few days prior to introduce himself and gave me some guidance to prepare for "moving day". When Art and his team arrived to our house, everyone was so friendly and professional. I guess the moving crew knew how traumatizing and stressful our big move can be. They packed all the loose stuff that i missed, shrink wrapped all our furniture, and blanket wrapped all the items that needed protecting to survive the physical factors during transit. The Valencia team went above and beyond, worked their magic diligently. They gathered all our worldly belongings in triple digit heat while staying positive and professional. On the receiving end of our experience in Lorton, the t eam met us bright and early communicating where items needed to be unloaded. All were personable and professional. This was a different local moving group, but the service was similar quality. I want to thank Van Lines for helping my family move from California to Virginia. Art, you're the best! I recommend you to anyone!! Bravo, for your service!!!

The movers were quick and on time on both ends of the move. They took great care of my stuff. When I was ready for my things, you got me on a truck fast and my things were delivered within 3 days. Mike Vann and his wife, Terri, were just great. Very helpful, professional, courteous, and efficient. They loaded us up in LA on a Tuesday, and unloaded in Wisconsin on the next Monday, as promised. We have a lot of stuff, so we are still awash in unopened boxes. But so far, everything was packed and shipped with no damage at all. Based on our experience, we could not have move across country without Mike Vann and National Van Lines.

THe move went very well, except for some damage to the large antique desk that will have to be taken care of by the insurance. BTW, repair company is taking their time in making an appointment to fix it. I think I know what happened to cause the breakage, It was in my house at packing time. I saw them prepare it, maybe I should have questioned the man, but he looked like he was doing a professional job. This is a two part desk, very heavy. The top shelving unit comes off and the rest is the desk below it. They put the top section on top of a moving blanket on the floor. Then, one man carefully rolled it while covering it with mover's plastic on all four sides. But, there is a thin strip of antique molding all round the top so that it doesn't look like there are two pieces. That is what splintered under the plastic and was found there by the men delivering the desk. This company was highly recommended to me, and I would still give them a good rating and use them again if I needed to do so. Thank you.

Had a very good experience with National Van Lines. Our move was cross country with quite a bit of high end RH furniture. I was pleasantly surprised that not a single item was lost or damaged. We did have a communication issue with the delivery dates but it worked out and they did what they could to accommodate our needs. We were very happy overall.

Ben Strength's company, AFFORDABLE QUALITY MVG.& STG. CO., INC., set me up with National Van Lines, Inc. to move me from Los Angeles, Ca. to Stratford, CT. My driver and move was Robert Smith. It was the absolute smoothest move in my 62 year life. Robert made sure my stuff was all accounted for and moved safely into its new home.
