I had a long move from California to Northern Georgia. Arthur, made it all possible and very smooth. He always had a big smile and a positive attitude, which made the move easier. He arrived on time and worked extremely hard. If I ever have to move again, I would call National Van Lines and ask Arthur to move me. Now I see why they are rated number 1 in the Us.

All went as planned for pick up and deliveries. Maybe because of the two delivery locations some items went to opposite location. One small plastic container turned up missing at both locations. Of course that little container contained necessary documents that were required at final destination. Item never turned up.
General consensus is; "Job Well Done"!!
Excellent service from the estimate to the final delivery. The office staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The driver, Scott, went above and beyond what was required and assembled and placed the delivered furniture exactly where I wanted. He communicated with me by phone as he made his way to my new home and arrived on time. All my belongings arrived in excellent condition.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Excellent moving crews on both sides of our interstate move. Very friendly and professional and expedient- ahead of schedule. And most importantly, they were very careful with transporting my grand piano! The front office was easily reached and very receptive of my concerns.

The Team leader and his crew were a real professional and very pleasant group to work with. I highly recommend this team to pack and move anyone, anywhere. They showed care and concern for our items. moving them with precision and gentleness; which eased our concerns and relieved tensions associated with what we felt were precious memorabilia.
