Hes top notch! Delivery day was smooth! All the workers were polite and hard chargers. Highly recommend!!
The whole process from beginning to end was excellent! Dave came and gave us a quote and helped manage the process until moving day. The team showed up and did an outstanding job of getting everything loaded into storage. Then Pat and the team at the other end did an amazing job. They unloaded our stuff and had everything set up in 3 hours!! Most impressed. Every single box, bin and piece of furniture was accounted for. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you for your interest in customer experience. Our experience (BL 347925) does not easily categorize into stars and we are hopeful that National Van Lines will be responsive.
Overall, our movers were friendly and hard working, both in Seattle and in Oakland. We were however disappointed to learn that the movers would not be arriving within the date range provided. The driver kept in touch and the truck arrived three days later, 7/16/24. They mentioned that they had to switch out truc ks and that all of our things were transferred and that other movers were involved.
On 7/23/24, we emailed Ryan Peltier at AtoB movers to let him know that in unpacking a box marked FRAGILE, it became apparent that the box had been dropped as the carefully wrapped and well protected items were smashed, including several special pieces:

Romanelli blue figurine vase,
Stangl 3 handled vase,
Lambriillotte crackled glaze vase,
Beehive Austria, large vase, pastoral scene
In the email, we asked Ryan to please let us know the next step to file a claim for damages but to date we have not had a response. We look forward to hearing from National Van Lines with a positive way to resolve this issue.
