My family and I moved from Texas to Colorado Springs, Colorado. We were nervous and anxious about such a big move. Michael from Van Lines walked us through the whole process and answered every question we had. Our movers Carlos and Nick were amazing. They were so polite and kind. They handled all of our furniture and items so gently and with care.They definitely had a gift for fitting all our things perfectly into the moving truck. I would definitely recommend Van Lines to anyone who needs a moving company.

Everything was extemely smooth with the move. All the packing was done in one day. The movers came at the time they were schedule to. The thing that impressed me the most was the timely delivery of the furniture. Our furniture came in 4 days!

The communication with the sales staff was always prompt and courteous. The men hired to move our stuff out of our house were efficient and hard workers. They worked well as a team. We were told the driver would contact us much sooner than he did, but when he did contact us to let us know when he'd be delivering the load, he was very pleasant. On the day of the delivery, everything worked smoothly. Only a few items were damaged, and we are not bothered by that. There is always damage when you mo ve so much stuff. Considering all the heavy lifting, the hot weather, and the price of gas, it was well worth the cost. We were even quite happy with the crew who arranged the furniture how we wanted it once it was brought in. This was a good experience. Thanks, National Van Lines.

I have used John Kearney and his team for several moves. They are truly the professionals one looks for in a move. John's team of Pee wee great packer of glass, Darius excellent in handing all facets of the move, and Smokey the team leader. On this move John's team packed and another team took me out of state to my home in Fanklin,TN. Craig and his dad Matt Camilleri loaded and took me to Franklin. Matt had some knee issues but son Craig did the work of three. He was awesome. Overall just a small breakage on an oversize champagne glass and a small nick on a recliner leg. My fiance and I moved from Sacramento CA to Boston MA. We used National Van Lines for our moving company. From the second we started communication with them, we had a 10/10 experience. Our moving team was Damon and Mikey. Both of them are fun, kind, easy conversationalists and they had our furniture safely packed, out, and ready in just under two hours. Their delivery window was about a week and a half and they were right on cue. I would hire them again for another move in a heartbeat!

Overall I am pleased. We were given a price and they stuck to it. We were given a window of time for both pickup and delivery and they stuck to that as well. The movers were nice. Happy we chose them.

We couldnt be happier with the moving experience. Our salesperson, and driver were fantastic. The local movers who arrived to unload were a little inexperienced but they got the job done. No major damage to anything, just some nicks and scratches on one chair and a Rubbermaid outdoor storage bin that got smashed. All in all, for moving everything we own across the country, very good! The only frustrating part was waiting till the last minute to get confirmation of the exact pickup and delive ry date and time. I realize that is sort of how this works, though. Thank you!

The St. Augustine management and my crew were fabulous. They went way beyond to help me solve a problem with my piano and husband. Our sales person, Jeff Chapman, impressed us immediately. He made us feel comfortable and confident about choosing National Van Lines. Yarnalls packers were great. They came in to our home and worked efficiently and carefully. I would highly recommend both companys.
