The team (drivers) who actually packed the truck and moved us into our house was fabulous! They were kind, respectful of not only our belongings, but also of us. They took extra care and caution of our things and made sure to place things where we wanted them. They worked nonstop for hours and never changed their positivity and kindness. We would recommend them to anyone who has a challenging move!
My move from West Palm Beach to Chicago was great. The loading crew in West Palm were professional and thorough in packing up the dressers, lamps, coffee tables, love seat, etc. I apprceciated not having to empty my dressers. That was a real plus and time saver. The crew on the other end in Chicago were equally as competent and professional. I was most appreciative that they were able to deliver my things on the first day in the time range stated on the agreement. The moving experience with National Van Lines was excellent and made my cross-country relocation much easier. Sandra King, on the front end in Tucson,was extremely helpful, as were the gentlemen who packed my belongings. Lars Harvey, who delivered my things, was also exceptional. He effortlessly carried all my heavy boxes up three flights of stairs without complaint. The communication throughout the entire process was very efficient, with all my calls and emails promptly returned. I highly recom mend this company for your next move.
it was a tuesday morning at seven when we met the "crew". eight of the hardest working packers and movers and workers i have ever seen. one person per room, two 28 foot trucks back to back being loaded by three workers with two wheel carts. we have a lot of stuff and it may not look like much but its our stuff and we have great affection for it. it was a hive of activity and we had to get out of the way and by noon they were waving gook bye and the moving vans were on their way. we loaded up the dogs and clothers and car caravaned to water valley mississippi our new home. 1500 miles later we arrived and waited for out stuff to arrive. sunday after noon two young guys from harrison Arkansas arrived in the muggy after noon. five hours later we were sitting in the kitchen eating pizza and lookint at the empty truck what wonderful young men. it is a week later and we still have some boxes staring at us but we only suffered one broken limb on a ceramic monkey. not a bad record dont y ou think? thank you harry and national van lines for gettin her done. you are the best and we thank you.
AQMS was amazing. Both the sales manager and the movers were the best. The sales manager was knowledgeable; he answered all my questions patiently since I had never used a moving company before now. On the day of moving, the movers from AQMS arrived and began a long day of moving boxes and wrapping furniture. I stayed in the home as they packed and was impressed how carefully they handled the furniture. They packed furniture, mirrors, disassembled beds, a desk and a kitchen cabinet and then carefully bubble wrapped them. But what impressed me also was their work etiquette and the their working well with each other; they were always saying "I got your back" as they helped each other.
They unloaded the van of my furniture at the new house and I found the furniture in good condition and boxes with no broken items. And all the labeled boxes were put in the correct rooms.
I highly recommend AQMS and give them 5 stars out of 5 stars with an bonus star for their excellent servi ce.
Eric Wright is the truth. He checked in on us regularly and made sure we understood everything in the contract. He made us feel that it wasnt about the money at all, but made us feel like family and that our move was smooth and stress free. It was hassle free and a great transition.
The moving crew used was lead by Richard. They were the best crew that I have ever had move us. Richard was so polite and really took care of our things.
Both Eric and Richard are men of character. They did what they said they would do and have morals and values that showed in all that they did.

The move was as smooth as possible, even with some bumps in the road. Booking was super easy. The video inventory/walk-through process, scheduling, and communications were super streamlined. The poor driver had a vehicle breakdown enroute with my items and he came up with a plan B, ensuring I had my items within the delivery window. Movers on both ends were fast and polite and took great care with my items. I appreciated the numbering/inventory process and the "bingo card" call out of numbers as my items were unloaded. It reassured me that was was loaded is what was delivered. I had a few glasses break in transit, but my items were handled 3 separate times due to the vehicle breakdown - so I count myself lucky. Finally, the Belfors were fabulous! They own a fantastic company, very professional and courteous and I would definitely use them again!
