We used your company to move from Indianapolis to Dallas. We had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Very easy communication, up front pricing w/NO hidden charges and not once did I feel like I was being scammed or taken advantage of. Pay only on delivery and no deposits. We had the best driver too! Overall, moving, is an extremely stressful situationand American Van Lines made this part stress free.

Everyone was very polite and hard working. They took great care n pride in what they were doing. My only suggestion is that you let people know they should pack tight or wrap all draws as we had items in the back and caught behind drawers. Didnt realize dressers and stands would be turned over and upside down.

After storing all of our belongings with Berna Moving and Storage for a year, Mr. Berna personally drove several states to deliver our items when we were ready for them. He took great care to deliver all items safely, timely, and with care during the only rainy day we had that week. Much appreciated!

I took 7 bids and quotes from so many companies with in depth reserach on the federal laws. I picked Nationa Van Lines. I received the most amazing service from beginning to end. From the visit and estimate from Harry. To working with the truck driver Josh and the loading team Isaac and Ethan. They were efficient, kind, polite, respectful and sooo, sooo, very helpful! Answering every litle question as I needed guidance. Harry also made sure I had additional research on all the federal rules a nd laws. Then when they reached the destination Josh brought his team to unload and get the boxes in the new house oranized. Amazing kindness, respect and honest information from beginning to end! I give my highest recommendation to National Van Lines, Harry in Phoenix, Josh the driver, and the whole team as the amazing, honest, respectful, effective, and high quality company and team. I'd give 10 stars!!

We had to get all the contents out of our family condo in Florida by the end of February and have it shipped to NJ. We were flying in to pack everything up and had a small window of time to get it done. I was so worried about it all going smoothly. Leta , who works in the office, was awesome to work with and completely relieved all my fears! She seemed to really care and was so nice to talk to! The team that came to pack everything and load the truck were amazing ! They were very organized and efficient! We had no idea how well and with how much care they packed our items until we saw it all being unpacked when it arrived in NJ! Besides large furniture, we had a lot of breakables.lamps , glass table tops, mirrors, etc and not one thing was broken because of how thorough each item was wrapped. The team that delivered it all, were amazing as well and quickly got everything unloaded and did a great job putting the furniture together. We had two dressers with minor scratch es but Leta made sure that someone from claims contacted me and they promptly sent someone out to inspect them. We were very happy with the job Ron Goldstein did on repairing them. Overall, We are very pleases with the entire experience!
