Your staff is top notch. Very nice and competent, as well as good attitudes. The cousin team for Nashville delivery were great! Only complaint was Nationals inability to give me any idea of dates. I stayed in town for 10 days due to not trusting proper warning for delivery after my previous Florida move gave me 15 hours. Luckily, I had a son on paternity leave that was able to come. No backup for Nashville. Loved working with del Ray Melissa Gross from Joe Bonnie, as well as Theresa!
We had the most seamless cross-country move with National Van Lines. Our local rep was readily available to answer our never-ending questions. On our move day, our driver arrived early and had such a cheerful demeanor. The whole moving crew worked as a unit and got our stuff loaded quickly. Our possessions arrived at our new house quickly and with no damage. At the new place, the local crew worked with the driver to unload things and place them exactly where we wanted. We are so happy with the way everything was handled.
Great experience from start to finish. Reese Jones of PMS Moving was recommended by my realtor in Kansas City. He came to my house and did a thorough and efficient walk-thru, creating an inventory of everything to be moved and issued a binding estimate on the spot. He was also helpful in helping me understand the moving business and how to identify and avoid high pressure brokers, and was consistently responsive in communicating with me as move day approached. The crew who came to pack were cour teous and careful, checking back with me frequently about what to pack (I left almost half my belongings to go in an estate sale after moving out). My driver was focused and efficient, obviously very experienced, and did a great job getting the van loaded, and also unloaded in the Twin Cities at my new home. Everyone working on my move did their best to ensure a safe, smooth move with minimal damage, and were all very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend National Van Lines, and partic ularly Reese Jones as a local contact in the Kansas City area. He stopped by the house on loading day to make sure everything was going well, and I appreciated his personal attention.
I wanted to share an outstanding experience my husband and I had with National Van Lines on our recent move from Utah to Rhode Island.
From the very beginning, National Van Lines impressed us. The rep, Joe Kim, walked us through everything clearly and even helped us figure out the best moving package for our needs.
On moving day, the crew arrived on time and were incredibly professional and courteous. They handled all our belongings with care, wrapping our fragile furniture with meticulous care. They even helped disassemble and reassemble some furniture pieces, saving us a ton of time. Big shoutout to Damon Clark, the driver, who was fantastic! He kept us informed throughout the entire move, letting us know exactly when they expected to arrive at the new location. You could tell he had a ton of experience.
The entire move went smoothly and efficiently, and everything arrived at our new home safely and undamaged.

Art, our mover & his team did a fantastic job. I was nervous because we scheduled the date of the move 2 days before our close of escrow. Art called me the week before to introduce himself. He also told me he had a pick up the day of the schedule but would be there the next day by 7am. True to his word he arrived with his team. He said he would be finished by noon & they did. Since we moved from west to east coast he gave us a date but said barring weather or any other problems. He called the da y before & said he was on schedule & again would be at our new home about 7am. All our items were delivered, furniture setup, done swiftly & without nicks or stains to the house. We would highly recommend Art & his team.
I moved to Florida from MA in 2022, I used National Van lines and it was seamless. When I recently moved from Florida to CT I reached out to the person I had contacted before and told him I was moving again. He pulled up my loading list, added the few items i had since bought, and booked my move. The 2 men that showed up were so nice and caring and wrapped everything in quilts to assure no damage. The coordination between them - the dispatcher - and myself was seamless. They got to CT in 4 days and unloaded and rebuilt everything perfectly. I will recommend National Van Lines to anyone and everyone moving!!
Overall a positive move. The men were careful and respectful of our belongings and property. There were a few broken items in crushed boxes that were probably due to an accident in transit. The van was hit from behind and the load shifted. They accommodated us in changing both pickup and unloading times to avoid rain.
