I am very happy with the experience. Our move went smoothly and exactly the way it should have been. We had no issues at all. We were communicated with throughout the process. We were called the day before delivery to set it up and they were flexible. The truck drivers were amazing and were very careful with all of our furniture. Hi Michael We did discuss the move itself on February 16-17 I have not heard anything from National Van Lines regarding the charges for crating a couple items and for moving the items via a smaller truck to the large van at a central location because of the road configuration in my previous location The driver drove the big truck to my home directly The truck already had a partial load on it which made it impossible to load all of my things on. I was under the impression I would have t he entire truck for this move All the items would have fit I believe if it had been so and not required a second truck which brought the remainder some days later That was not what I had wished for and quite disconcerting creating more stress. There is some damage which was reported A person came to look at the damage a little over a week ago I have not heard anything about either getting the damage repaired or a cash settlement to replace the items and a refund for the services not rec eived and paid for according to my contract Would you please check on this and let me know what National will be doing to mitigate this situation I did hire National for this move because I had a very good experience four years ago moving from NJ to IL I am glad I paid for the extra insurance Thank you for your help in getting this taken care of as soon as possible Margaret Fredrikson

The driver, Shaun was fantastic. He communicated well, was on time on both ends, was careful with our furniture and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. The price was fair and the staff flexible. With a phone call I was able to add pieces while the driver was on his way to pick up. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience; from the easy and transparent estimate process to the last minute phone calls. The phone was answered promptly, professionally and every person I talked to wa s pleasant, helpful and followed through. One slight inconvenience is the wide pickup and drop off windows. Other movers we've used gave specific dates. I would definitely use them again.

My move could not have been any easier or smoother. It was the best moving experience I've ever had. Mike Murphy (Sales Manager), Amber Balsz (Operations Manager), and Paul Chavez, (Driver of the biggest moving rig ever) were all extremely professional. The loading and unloading crew were efficient and considerate with my home and belongings. The communication was excellent. And the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I really felt very valued as a customer. Absolutely recommend Nati onal Van Lines!

They from start to delivery were very professional and polite. My move was from Michigan to Nevada. I didnt have a whole lot of things but they took me on at what I felt was a decent price for a cross country move that far. They carefully wrapped my furniture and gave me an inventory sheet and a date to expect delivery. They were right on time. On the delivery side they were also very friendly and placed my items where I wanted them with no damage to my items or my apartment. They treated me ju st as important as a big job. I would definitely recommend this company. 10 stars if it was an option.
