Movers: At destination - lack of English by certain members, they were well-intentioned, but were a lot less professional than the origin movers. I had to be a lot more hands on.

When my mother died, we had to pack everything that had to be moved from Georgia to Connecticut. After reviewing the other moving companies' quotes, we chose to go with National because theirs was the lowest price. And I am so glad we did. The men who actually packed Mother's furniture did so efficiently and carefully so that no damage to her hardwood floors or her belongings. And when the delivery men came in less than a week, they did the same efficient and careful manner as the first cre w. I could not have asked for a better group of men. And when I had any question or concern, someone always returned my email or phone calls in a timely and professional manner. This was a big move for seniors. We had to move and leave everything behind in four storage units. They took photos of all empty units when they left. We could not be there. Everything was well done and on time. Great people to work with. Items were handled with care and furniture was well wrapped. No damage at all. They drove through several states = 900 miles. Highly recommended.

There were delays due to weather and a mechanical break down, but they kept me informed And the Goods were delivered safely.
