Although this quote was higher than the other 2 companies that we interviewed, we ultimately chose your company because of the professionalism and overall confidence in Brandon Melia and his team. We could tell from the beginning that he knew what he was doing and he was very responsive to our many questions. We had lived in our Houston home for 23 years and this was a major cross country move for us. Were happy to say that our belongings arrived intact and without issue. Yarnell Moving Co. was recommended by my realtor. Jeff Chapman was very easy to work with-always available to answer my questions. Monty, NVL driver, was a hard worker and very efficient with a great personality. Even though I was disappointed that the arrival of my furnishings was a week later than I was originally told, I understand because of Thanksgiving and lake-effect snow.

We are still unpacking boxes and are still looking for some items. One item that we know was packed late in the day because it was overlooked out of my den was the Epson V600 flatbed scanner (replacement cost is $329.99, on line). I have found all of the other electronic equipment excet for the scanner.

Ben was so helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the moving process. He answered my many (and random) questions and kept me informed along the way. Our mover (I unfortunately cant remember his name), was also very friendly and kept me updated along the way. My delivery was early and the unloading process was smooth and so fast. I couldnt have asked for a better moving experience. Thank you!

Eric Wright was great to deal with from the beginning - the only one among 5 national moving companies I contacted who bothered to show up and do an in-person inventory. The day of the move I was surprised to have only two men, Ryan and Brian, appear (I anticipated 3-4!) But, they got the job done moving me out of the apartment to a shuttle truck, which I hate (more chances for things to go wrong). Once again, they appeared when promised on the delivery end, which included a crooked stairc ase and a doorway too small to get my kitchen island (beast: IKEA) through. They dismantled, reassembled. Same attention to detail with my dining room table, which required 2 assemblies, Ryan noticed and tightened any loose screws/bolts on other furniture pieces along the way. I commend National for the way you handle delivery inventory. Always in the past I've been stressed by my personal effects being staged without a clear way to account for anything missing. Nothing was, of course, but I knew that unequivocally, as I was the person checking everything off as it came through the door. My moved was PBO, and I appreciate that among all the fragile items that Ryan and Brian moved, only a single plate was cracked. Thanks, National, American Way, Eric, Ryan, and Brian.

I can not express enough, on the professional experience we received from Willamette Express, and National van lines. Jon and linda, from Willamette , and their very experianced crew, did a miraculous job in packing and loading our furniture, the access to our home would not allow a semi trailer, the crew loaded our furniture onto 2 box trucks,hauled it to their warehouse and reloaded the other truck. I cant say enough about the team members and the hard work they did. Durring the trip to our new home, 2000 miles away. My wife had a mild heart attack, we were held up in Casper wyoming, and would not make the delivery date scheduled, i called Jon and explained what happened, he assured me that he will help me when we are back on the road,him and Linda reschedule the delivery date and it worked out perfect. Jamie and his crew arrived on time and did a superb job in unpacking and placeing our furniture, im speechless on the proffessionalizem that these crews work by, i will highly rec ommend them to everyone i know.great management, great teams ...just great people..you dont see that around anymore.
