While our pickup was delayed one day due to some mechanical issues, it turned out to be a minor inconvenience. Our driver was courteous, explained clearly how the whole move would work, when we should expect to hear from him in the process. Our moving crew was careful and conscientious. Out of all the stuff we moved (and it was a lot), we had one easily repaired broken chair leg and one cracked plastic storage bin. Overall, our experience was great and I would definitely recommend them for futur e moves.

The process was easy, everyone I spoke with was nice and helped me out when I wasn't sure of some thing. The movers themselves were very nice, and made sure everything arrived on time and was sure I had everything. One part of a desk was missing, but they quickly found it and shipped it to me. They made me feel like they really care about the service they provide and about their customers. if I ever move again I know who I'm going to reach out to first.

National Van Lines did a fantastic job for us, especially Mr. Tom Vinter. He did everything in his power to ensure thatour household goods arrived on time and completely intact. Out of a 2,500 pound delivery nothing was broker or damage. The delivery crew was also very efficient and friendly, and willing to put all the boxes exactly where we wanted them and to open some of the big ones for ys. We would definitely use National Van Lines again..
