From my first call to National to the last of my things removed from the moving van, this company was A Number One to me. Mike Hartung (the agent assigned to me) was always available calls. When not at his desk, he returned my calls the same day. He is friendly considerate and a professional. The driver of the truck Mark, is a down to earth guy who is courteous, friendly and efficient. Everyone was very professional. I mean from my initial contact to the end of the process. Michael and Sandy were excellent as the front of the office. They answered every question and made the move possible. Rikeem and Stephan were on time with everything, in fact, they were even early on the delivery. They are a great working team. They were mot only professional but worked mon stop from start to finish. They worked efficiently and we're very focused. They communicated without even spe aking. From start to finish this turned out to the smoothest nicest move I've ever experienced and I have move A LOT!....lol
I've heard so many horror stories about long distance moves, and how peoples things showed up way later than expected, and broken... well I am so grateful to say that everything on this move went so so smoothly! The only thing that went wrong was that I was told my pick up date would be within a specific time frame, and when it was initially scheduled it was scheduled outside of that window. However the entire team worked together to get my pick up date moved up to when they promised. Blake and Brittany were great to work with and they got my stuff moved out of my old home and into my new home so quickly and efficiently! I am so glad I chose to go with AQMS and National Van Lines. The price was the best out of all the quotes I got and they took such great care of me. Thank you everyone for the effortless move to my new home in TX!
My experience with National Van Lines (NVL), moving across the country, was excellent! I saved hundreds of dollars compared to other quotes. Everyone in NVL was consistently friendly and wonderfully helpful, answering all questions completely, and always offering more if needed. The pickup and delivery all went as scheduled. As I am unpacking I am not finding any breakage, just a little crumpling on a few of the boxes here and there, that I might have packed better myself. The large and ver y heavy items were handled professionally and delivered in fine working order. I am very glad I chose National Van Lines for my move
