From beginning to end the process of dealing with National Van Lines was seamless. I quoted several companies for my move and National had the most competitive pricing and provided the flexibility I needed. Cody was super helpful during the quotation process and Wilson was AMAZING during the pick up and delivery of my shipment. My overall experience was 5 star and I have already recommended National to my company for any future moves needed.

Excellent movers, good job. All boxes accounted for, however brass/glass floor lamp/table, heavy pink comforter, shelf mounting studs to shipped bookcase not in shipment. I have been in contact with Jason from Midwest (his company moved my estranged wife and I on the same day in separate shipments). I suspect my missing items are in my wife's shipment. I don't believe .that the probelem was on your end, However no boxes were labeled as lamps and Midwest was specificallyr recom mended by your compnay for the move to storage.

The gentleman that moved be was tremendous! Very professional, thoughtful and careful. The attention to detail was impressive - such as covering the floors, wrapping the furniture, being there exactly when he said he would, and the cleanliness of the inside of the moving van. I had not moved in 34 years and was a bit nervous - he made this experience painless and comfortable.

the 3 men who delivered my furniture were polite. But I do feel that when the truck broke down I should have received a phone call saying that delivery would be late. Also I do feel more training is needed on packing the truck and taking off the truck. I had a few plastic containers broken. when bed room set was moved into bedroom some one banged door and chipped it. new house I haven't lived in it yet. They brought In a chest of drawers and left it up side down I. house now I need to f ind someone to help me turn it over. They just need to be polished up on the delivery

First time using a moving company. Cody responded with the quote information needed to begin the process. He gave us a good feeling about the move, made it easy to proceed. Stacy also did a great job communicating with me as far as the steps that needed to occur. Movers showed up on time and did a great job in a timely manner (Shout out to Enrique's team). Shipment arrived on time and was also unloaded in a timely manner as well (shoutout to Dulce's team) even completed the job in the rain. All items were in good shape and accounted for. I will definitely recommend National for anyone moving short or long distance. Thanks again to Cody for recommending Andy @ Capitol Auto Transport, they did a great job as well.

Hands down, the A-Team was the absolutely best moving experience I've ever had and I would refer anyone who's moving to this specific team! They called well in advance to confirm the deliver day, were professional, careful with delivery, extremely helpful with set-up, very kind and considerate, and over all extremely impressed with all three gentlemen on this team! The crew picked up everything on time. The driver was excellent. However, after off loading, we found two things broken. Our wooden king bedframe was damaged to the point of making it useless as it stands. Also, our antique hall tree had its comb on the top broken off. After putting in a claim, we are still waiting for some resolution. That's our story.

Our hope from the beginning was that everything would go smoothly and it would be affordable. Our driver, Sonny, was the difference. His constant diligence and hard work made up for lateness of our schedule and we were finally unloaded and have started unpacking. We would consider hiring National again, thank you. The Hatches.

Blake (the driver) and both crews he had with him (Los Angeles and Denver) were excellent--fast, efficient, and careful of my belongings. Blake kep me updated of his progress along the way and was punctual as to the delivery time. I did have a bag of towels that got lost, and Blake offered to reimburse me for them, but I said it was fine, as it wasn't a major loss.

I was originally working with Joe Kim, who was very nice in my first calls. I was almost ready to book with NVL, but asked Joe to clarify the not-to-exceed quote, which I believed to be binding, but Joe insisted was non-binding. I explained to him that my research showed that a not-to-exceed quote was usually binding, and that I had quality online sources I could link him to, but Joe became insulting and extremely rude to me. I told my wife we would have to find another carrier, since I could not continue to work with him. On her suggestion, I reached out to Dennis Leash, who explained that Joe was a nice guy, but must have been having a bad day. Dennis was very pleasant. He immediately confirmed that a not-to-exceed quote was in fact binding, and that Joe was incorrect. We proceeded to book our move through Dennis, and we were very happy with NVL the rest of the way. We were also very happy with our driver Mark Whitney. If Joe is still telling customers that a not-to-exceed qu ote is non-binding, I hope someone explains it to him. I do not want him punished, I just regret that he did not want to use my case as a potential learning opportunity, and instead became rude. In the future, I would only use or recommend NVL if I could be sure that Dennis was the booking agent. I am giving 5 stars because Dennis and Mark were both great. It would be lower if I factored in the last call I had with Joe.
