This was my family's second move with Heavenly Movers. For both moves, from the first call to the final item unloaded, it was an outstanding experience. The scheduling/payment process was incredibly smooth. The load in Austin and unload in Colorado were both smooth and efficient. Willie and the team were very helpful in advising on packing the last few items and explaining the process from point A to point B. Willie was communicative and very clear about the next steps, the process for making cl aims (not needed -- everything was delivered perfectly with no damage), and arrival times. I can't say enough about Heavenly. Highly recommend.
Kelly was beyond perfect in arranging our interstate move from storage to new home. She was completely understanding of the peculiarities of our move, and made it as comfortable (least stressful) as a move from storage to new home can be.
Similarly Q and Eric, the guys who delivered, were fantastic!
The area of challenge occurred somewhere between packing at the house, moving in and out of storage, and then delivering to new home. We do not yet have a full assessment because we are still unpacking, but we are glad we bought insurance for damaged and missing items.
From beginning to end, the service was excellent. Eric Wright coordinated the entire process, guiding and keeping me informed the entire way. He coordinated the driver and pickup team with my neighbor who was tasked with opening the storage unit and signing the moving documents at the Ohio location.
The driver, Jonathan Elsis, was fantastic, keeping me apprised of status throughout the loading, transit and delivery. He went above and beyond with his flexibility for delivery working aroun d the timing for my flooring installation and a vacation I had scheduled.
The unloading and delivery of my antique furniture and dozens of totes/boxes was done efficiently and quickly considering the 2 flights of stairs they had to climb.
I would highly recommend this company for such outstanding service - facilitating a quick, stress-free move.
We had a great experience with National Van Lines! Our parents moved from FL to MN and there were so many logistics involved to pull it off for them. Micheal, our main contact, was quick at responding to all of our questions. Our driver had good communication for pick up/delivery, was friendly, and took good care of our parents belongings from start to finish. When we received our estimate we were told that it wouldnt be higher (even if the weight was more) but it could be less if the weight was less. We thought there was no way anyone would ever tell us if it was less, but they did!! Our parents belongings were less weight than estimated and the price was reduced for them. We greatly appreciate the honesty and have nothing but good things to say about this move.
