The driver was courteous, on time, and efficient. He directed the crew well. The same packing and loading crew were also used for the unloading and unpacking at our new residence. They did an amazingly quick job of getting our household goods packed and loaded into the truck safely and unloaded at our new residence. There were only a few minor fragile item breakages and furniture rubs, which was far better than any of the previous moves we have had.
National Van Lines provided excellent services during my out-of-state move. The movers, including the driver, Laimus, were very professional and carried all items with caution. No items were damaged or missing. Also, they picked up and delivered the items within the specified time frame which was very important to my situation.
Overall, I had a positive experience with this company!!

Our move could not have gone any better, thanks to Ben and everyone at AQMS and National Van lines! Our family of 6 went from Los Angeles to Texas with 33,000 lbs of stuff and it was seamless start to finish. I kept thinking something has to go wrong but NOTHING! Truly remarkable! We had a great experience all around. Tom was friendly and thorough with the estimate, and the quoted price was right in line with my expectations, if not a little better than expected. Moores Packing and Moving did a great job in some tough circumstances. It was sweltering hot for our move out and move in, and our move-in house did not have AC and had a very steep driveway. Nothing was broken and nothing was lost and they were friendly and careful. Highly recommend working with National Van Lin es.
