We had originally contracted with another company, but they were hard to reach and unsupportive. I'm so glad we switched! Ben Strength at AQMS treated us so much better than customers--he honestly treated us like family! He was super responsive, answering questions and offering suggestions and solutions at every step along the way. He went above and beyond so many times to help us negotiate our cross-country move, and we couldn't be happier (or more relieved)--it came together perfectly. Our driver Matthew Murphy was also wonderful; responsible, responsive, communicative and professional. Everything arrived in great shape, and his team worked SO hard both loading and unloading. If we ever move again (hopefully not soon!!), we will definitely be contacting National again.

First we'd like to thank Ben Strength from AQMS for handling, organizing and preparing us amazingly for this move. We could have never pulled it off without his guidance and expertise. He walked us through how things would work every step of the way! When we had a question, when we needed a box, or even when we needed a pep talk, Ben was there and ready to help us in any way he could with zero excuses or complaints. He continuously put our minds at ease like a true PRO!! Next, we'd like to thank Trey for being a true moving EXPERT!! It all started on June 10th when Trey pulled up with his semi-truck at 8am on the dot! The moving team was already present and ready to work. The crew of 7 individuals lined up in front of the truck and each and every one of them shook my hand and my husband's hand and we knew right then we were in good hands. They had their debrief with the boss (Trey) and they quickly broke apart to tackle different parts of the house. I have never seen such a w ell-oiled machine! They didn't stop and our house was fully loaded into that truck in under 6 hours. The truck showed up at our new home in Tennessee at 8am on the dot again, June 20th! Most of the moving team was here and ready, but due to the bad weather they had to adjust their operation so boxes didn't get soaked and our house didn't get destroyed. They did just that and quickly got to work with a much smaller team of 4 individuals. The move-in was a MUCH harder job than the move-out due to our house being very high up on a hill with steep inclines and lots of stairs! But the crew didn't bat and eye and tackled it like pros!! Trey was the master of ceremonies and he had everything moving with ease. We know it wasn't an easy job, but they never once complained or slowed down. Thank you to Trey and the entire team, as well as our moving manager, Ben, for such an incredible job!!! If we ever have to do this again National Van Lines will be the ones we call!

We decided to move across country and our realtor recommended AQMS for our moving needs. Ben was extremely helpful in working with us to get everything organized and was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, since we had never worked with movers before. I cannot recommend Ben enough. Andrew was our driver for the trip and his professionalism was top notch. He packed and delivered our belongings in mere days and had everything loaded into our storage unit when we got to our destination. If I could hire Ben and Andrew in the future I would never hesitate to move long distance. They have set the bar very high. Thank you to everyone who helped make our move a breeze!!

Our move could not have gone any better, thanks to Ben and everyone at AQMS and National Van lines! Our family of 6 went from Los Angeles to Texas with 33,000 lbs of stuff and it was seamless start to finish. I kept thinking something has to go wrong but NOTHING! Truly remarkable! National Van Lines was amazing! I knew Jack Morgan from Affordable Quality Movers in Santa Clarita CA, who had arranged local moves for me for years, and called him to see if they arranged for cross country moves. He said they did and he came over a day or two later and gave us an estimate that was very fair. It was not the least expensive quote we got but it was far under most of them. His quote was very reasonable!! Ive heard horror stories about movers who scam people but I had no worries at all about Jack. Out of all the moving companies we got quotes from, he was the only one who physically came to our house and saw what we wanted to move. The rest asked for pictures. I truly feel you get what you pay for!! He assigned our move through National Van Lives with the father and son team of Roman and Zack! They came a day early and did an inventory to make sure they had everything listed that Jack had listed and when they arrived the next morning for the move, they got going and never stopped. They told us that they would be who would meet us at our new house 2,000 miles away. What a comfort to know wed see the very same guys!!! I cant say enough nice things about them either!! When its everything your own being loaded on to a truck, a great deal of trust has been given to the people in charge of that. I felt such a feeling of confidence knowing we had made the right choice with Jack, Roman, Zach and National Van Lines! Thanks to you all!! Sincerely K itty and Neil
