I worked with Samantha for the planning and scheduling. She was wonderful in answering all my questions, and I had many! I was nervous as this was the first time I hired movers before. She never ignored a question or acted as if my questions/concerns were stupid or silly. I really appreciated her patience! She was able to respond quickly nearly every email. She also understood when my move was delayed several months and adjusted without a problem. I was connected to a driver Robert G who coor dinated the pick up of my goods at two locations in Washington and the drop of in Colorado. I don't know how he and his helper were so fast at each location! They disassembled and assembled one or two pieces of furniture quickly and without issue. My goods were carefully blanket wrapped and everything showed up in good condition! The only thing that broke was something I brought with me. I would absolutely recommend National Van Lines and their local Western Washington Affiliate of A2B moving ou t of Auburn, WA.

Arranging the move was easy and the agent was extremely helpful all the way through the process. The crew did a fantastic job of wrapping and loading, which was accomplished in less than 4 hours. Unloading went even better. It was done in less than 3 hours. The crew loaded my storage unit perfectly. I recommend National Van Lines to anyone who needs a professional mover.

Overall the move exceeded our expectations. It started with Paul Gregory doing an excellent job estimating, providing helpful packing advice and then helping us decide the range of load and delivery dates. Aaron Bacon our sales and moving agent provided timely communication of the specific load date as well as providing timely answers to questions that we had. Jaime Sahagun our driver provided exceptional service, starting with calling us the day before the load date providing his eta the next morning. He showed up on time. He and his 2 helpers worked extremely hard as well as taking great care with all our goods. After everything was packed up he told us when he would be delivering the goods to the destination. While on the road he confirmed his eta for delivery and again showed up on time. Jaime and his helper placed all our goods where we wanted them to go taking great care with our furniture. Overall Jaime went out of his way to be helpful and courteous. I would rec ommend these employees as well as National Van Lines to anyone.

We had wonderful service from the individuals with whom we worked, especially Greg DeLano at Golden Services and our driver, Tyler Hinckley. Our move was from Washington state to Virginia and included a lot of downsizing, coordination with the timing of house buying and selling, and transportation of cats across the country. From the beginning, Greg was incredibly helpful, letting us know what packing supplies were available to us from Golden, understanding when the timing of the move changed du e to a quick sale of our old house, and patiently answering all of our weird and sometimes dumb questions. Tyler also was very helpful, making sure we knew when he would arrive to pickup our furnishings, etc. and keeping us informed regarding his anticipated arrival at our new home. He was detail-oriented and made sure we understood what he was doing and why. He was friendly and showed a genuine concern for us and care for our belongings. Moving is a very difficult and stressful time, but all the people we encountered connected with our move were terrific.

From my first contact with Sam Meredith to the day Osman Molina and his crew left the driveway of our new home in South Carolina, there was not one hitch or issue. Everyone involved was polite, attentive and completely caring about not only our items, but how nervous we were as we uprooted our lives for the first time in our lives. Sam returned calls and was not unnerved by changes that we needed to make. He was patient and knew what questions to ask and was always one step ahead of me. The pricing for our move was reasonable and totally adjustable as things changed, no problem. Thank you Sam. As for Osman and his crew... simply amazing! So very good. They came in and just jumped right in with the organizing of what we had. They wrapped and took such care of each of our bins, boxes, appliances and furniture. They were kind, polite, funny, patient and incredibly wonderful. They're time of pick up to delivery really impressed both myself and my husband. I couldn't h ave asked for a better scenario. Without question, I would recommend National Van Lines in a heart beat and if possible, ask for Osman Molina and his crew, you won't be disappointed. Thank you all so very much! From the time I called Piedmont Van & Storage the process was easy. They came to my home several times as I was sorting my items that were going to be shipped. I did not have access to my computer so Piedmont would have my documents sent to their office. They would print the documents and bring them to my residence as I am in a wheelchair and travel can be difficult. They answered my questions and made the move easy for me as I was not looking forward to moving by myself with no family in the a rea.

Sidney Jones, his wife Veronica, and others, worked like a well-oiled machine at getting us packed and shipped and unloaded again. They were careful, efficient, and pleasant to be around. Dennis Leash was very helpful with making arrangements for our move, making us aware of the details, and checking in with us from time to time to see how we were holding up. I've always heard that moving is on the top ten list of life's most stressful events. Now that I have first hand knowledge, I would sa y that's a fair description, but our experience with National Van Lines was probably as good as a major move can be.
