Our experience with National Van Lines was excellent. Cal-Safe movers did a great job of picking up our household possessions. Sue Mackey from customer service called us regularly to update on the progress of our move. The driver, Art and his associates were on time, careful, polite and extremely efficient. All of our household possessions arrived in excellent condition. My husband and I strongly recommend National Van Lines.

It was the perfect moving experience! Dennis, NVLs representative, from beginning to end, stayed in touch, did everything he said he would, explained everything thoroughly, was immediately reachable, and was a true professional at all times. A real pleasure to work with. The driver, Saul, exceeded all expectations. He called several times before he arrived giving us his location and timing. He was always smiling and so pleasant to work with. He provided great packers and unpackers. He was fast a nd careful, with no breakage of even the smallest item. He met all the time projections exactly. I just cant say enough good things about our experience. I dont usually answer surveys but this group went out of their way for us in so many ways that I have to tell others of their excellence. I have moved many times in my life and know how hard it is to find a mover that does a good job from beginning to end, and these guys were the BEST!

Michael Hartung at National Van Lines was professional, responsive and assuaged my concerns about the move. He responded to my messages quickly and clearly. The moving staff were quick and professional. My stuff was transported in a timely manner without any issues. I highly recommend National Van Lines.

We had an awesome experience getting prepped and packed up in our original home ( Greenwood, IN) Mark (National) did an awesome job getting our estimate and helping us get ready for pick-up. Mark ( packers) did a great job prepping, answering questions, providing assistance day of move and was very congenial. We talked about how smoothly everything had gone and what a great company National was! On the day of unloading in the new home, (Edmond, OK) several issues that National needs to be aw are of, that gave us concern about overall service: *. Unloaders were late getting started *. A question about a $125 fee stopped the movers from continuing their process; seriously? After wed paid over $9,500 and the additional fee came late ( while we were in-process of the move and had inadvertently not had time to process the final payment. ) Charles ( driver) stopping the process and embarrassing us in front of the unloaders was totally unnecessary. * handrail to 2nd floor was c overed but, no carpet protectors were laid, all inventory carried up the stairs were on the unprotected carpet. On the pack side, both sets of stairs were covered in plastic. *. The lead unloader ( said he was) was difficult to work with - either, challenging or not following our requests and making comments that were not true ( totally unfounded ) went on throughout the day. *. The piano was the last thing to be assembled and was unnerving. They put it together and set the lid on top w ithout the hinge pins had we not noticed this, it could have been catastrophic. ( no hinge pins were ever found) We move frequently ( every4-5 years) and thought wed use National in our subsequent moves , now we're not sure that will happen. Larry Russell

I am truly grateful for the team assembled by Jack Morgan in Santa Clarita! The guys worked steadily in a team-like and professional manner. From the estimate, to vault storage, and final delivery, what Jack estimated was what got delivered. No hidden fees. AQMS of National Van Lines was recommended to me from a friend and prior customer, and I would recommend them to another friend who too will soon be retiring. It was such a challenging time, but not having to worry about the - intra-state moving was a blessing and comfort. Thank you Jack. Thank you for the great service i received in my recent move with AQMS and National Van Lines. The move went without a hitch, although there are a few boxes that are crushed and a few scratches on furniture, broken rollers on a small standing heater, I consider myself fortunate considering the long haul cross country. I still have all boxes to unpack so I won't know of any broken or damaged items until then. Working with Agent Taz San Lucas was a pleasant experience. He was referred by a neig hbor and from beginning to end, he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond to all questions. He was the key to making the move easy and smooth. The driver (Joe Claustin and two furniture movers were the best. Their work ethic was tops, they were focused, fast and had a great attitude. I'm very happy I used AQMS and National Van Lines.
