Excellent service from the estimate to the final delivery. The office staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The driver, Scott, went above and beyond what was required and assembled and placed the delivered furniture exactly where I wanted. He communicated with me by phone as he made his way to my new home and arrived on time. All my belongings arrived in excellent condition. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The guys from Jersey Shore Moving were terrific ! They were courteous, professional, and efficient. A heavy rainstorm began in the middle of the move and they protected our furniture and worked through it without skipping a beat. I highly recommend Jersey Shore Movers and their entire staff. Great experience as the packing loading and delivery/unpacking was uneventful. Pick up and delivery to Florida destination was on time (actually early) on promised delivery date. Extremely professional and courteous and careful of our possessions. Would not hesitate to use NVL if I have need for a complete service they provide.

My experience with NJ Movers from the beginning when Adam came in to provide an estimate , to the the actual moving day, to the communication with Ciarla and Kerri in the office and then the delivery to our new home was extraordinary. My experience with NJ Movers from the beginning when Adam came in to provide an estimate , to the the actual moving day, to the communication with Ciarla and Kerri in the office and then the delivery to our new home was extraordinary. Overall Jersey Shore Moving did an excellent job in moving our furniture and belongings from New Jersey to Florida. The drivers and moving personnel were all very professional and the loading and unloading process was very efficient My only reason for not giving five stars is one of the boxes containing a very expensive radio controlled model ship that took hundreds of hours to build sustained significant damage. This box was personally packed by the driver who picked up our load in New Jersey and was labelled "Top Load Only", "Fragile", "Do Not Stack". It was one of the first boxes delivered to our Florida location and arrived upside down and crushed inward. Moving personnel need to be more vigilant in looking for special instructions on boxes and not so quick just to move them in any manner they feel is appropriate. Our cane and rope couch also sustained minor damage to some of the cane on the rear side which can be repaired. Both pick up and delivery were handled as scheduled and the price quoted was very fair and accurate for the move involved.

Our items were held in storage at Jersey Shore Movers in Jackson, NJ from 9-2021 through 4-2023. National driver was in communication with us and arrived at set time along with the two men he hired locally. Appreciated that. Guys were very careful with our things. Unfortunately, we are missing two boxes, one of which had several of my husbands good tools. Not sure where/when they went missing, but it certainly puts a black mark on both Jersey shore and National. In addition, the wrap around my couch had ripped and there were several dirt marks as well as a slight tear at seam. I filled out the claim and was issued a check, but I would have preferred someone to come out here and clean, and sew the seam. Now I either have to figure it out myself or look for someone to hire. Another hassle that I don't need when I'm trying to move in and get organized. Thank you Elaine Boaman
