We were very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy (of your crew.) They went out of their way to accommodate all of out moving needs in a very stressful situation for us. They were superb in terms of assisting us with last minute packing and disassembling of furniture for the move and packing them safely to minimize damage in the most efficient and rapid manner and reassembling them at our destination while being patient with our most capricious requests. They operated like a cohesive team selflessly helping each other while having fun in the process. We enjoyed listening to them and interacting with them. You have a great team of guys here, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company

I moved from Michigan to Massachusetts, and National Van lines did a great job with moving my home furniture. They made sure all furniture is covered and protected for the move. The movers are string and disassembled and lifted my heavy furniture easily and reassembled it well. Great professionalism by the movers, they were polite and efficient. All pricing was upfront and I did not pay any extra fees, and I appreciate that as well. I am taking off one point because it took the truck 12 da ys to arrive to Massachusetts, which means I spent 12 nights sleeping on an air mattress, I would have appreciated a sooner delivery date.

Great move, but a lot of the items that should have went to my house were just left in the garage and should have come into my home. Other than that on time and great CS.
Snipes
All but one item was delivered in tact. Pickup window was not confirmed until an hour before the truck arrived. The office only sent one person to move the apartment, and I had to help with the couple heaviest items - can you imagine the liability if either he or we got hurt moving these out of the apartment because National did not have two people sent for pickup? Because of this, a two hour pickup took almost five. The delivery was delayed by a day after confirmation of the previous day due to faulty hardware (truck driver phone).
