The crew was attentive to our needs and listened to all concerns we had throughout the process, both during the loading and unloading. They took great care with items we identified as very special to us. In addition, they had a positive and upbeat attitude during two very long days, working hard throughout the whole time. I am very dissatisfied with the job. Many boxes were not marked at all or they were marked wrong, ex: I opened 4 boxes that said pots & pans. Guess what no pots or pans.
