I am very pleased with the service we got from Wayfinder; I wrote a review on Google about it (see https://g.co/kgs/hq2Jsg) Special thanks to Ron Mason who was so patient and responsive throughout the whole process, and Chris who drove my moms things from Buffalo to Virginia (and was part of the loading and unloading crews at each end).

This company was awesome. My parents, in their 80s, needed to move across the country. National Van Lines was so accommodating, patient and helpful to my parents that were extremely overwhelmed and needed that extra attention. They delivered in every way possible. The updates and communication was exceptional. And Matthew, what a kind and gracious man. I will always recommend this company and forever be grateful to them.

I found out about National Van Lines by recommendation of a friend of mine. I could not imagine a better experience with a moving company. Each person at NVL I was in contact with was very attentive with great follow up and a ton of information to help me prepare for my move. Robert was my mover from beginning to end and he is hands down the BEST I could have ever imagined. He was always on time/on schedule, very diligent, and he has a great personality which helped put me at ease since this was my first long distance move (going from Oakland to Chicago). You can tell he loves what he does and it shows by the way he takes care of you and your belongings plus he goes the extra mile to get to know you as a person and not just another customer. Everything was delivered to me in great condition and with great care. Roberts ability to establish a trusted relationship with his customers makes a stressful move seem like a breeze -by the end of our partnership I felt like I was working with a friend. You will want to share stories with him -he has plenty and he is hilarious! Honestly cannot recommend NVL enough, and consider yourself lucky if you get to work with Rob!

Arranging the move was easy and the agent was extremely helpful all the way through the process. The crew did a fantastic job of wrapping and loading, which was accomplished in less than 4 hours. Unloading went even better. It was done in less than 3 hours. The crew loaded my storage unit perfectly. I recommend National Van Lines to anyone who needs a professional mover.

I was impressed every step of the way with how seamless and communicative my move was with National Van Lines. Aaron Bacon took all of the stress, and there was so much stress after making a cross country move for the 2nd time in 6 months, off my shoulders. If possible, he made a stressful move, stress free. Beyond him, the team that packed up my belongings in NM were so thorough and wrapped all of my items so carefully and the unload process was just as thoughtful. The movers made the way cross country at an exceptional speed and the communication from everyone was above and beyond. In the event that I move again, I will absolutely use National Van Lines again! Cannot recommend enough.

Mark Barkulis, the estimator in Chicago was excellent to work with. After talking with him on the telephone I switched movers. He was honest, realistic and followed up. Once Mark knew he had my business, he stayed in contact until the job, BIG JOB, was completed! Then, the day my truck was suppose to arrive, an unknown driver rudely cancelled. A new driver, Freddy arrived the next day, stated he was the replacement and had 8 loaders! They worked like a machine and were so professional!! I was a Federal Agent for 26 years and was moved often, but never saw a driver take charge and a crew worked in sync like this one did when loading. Approximately four days later I met Freddy in TX which was approximately 1000 miles from where we loaded in Colorado. Freddy was not able to position the truck close to the unloading building so his next crew of 6 carried my belongings approximately 50-60 yards. This was ridiculous but we had no alternative and not one person complained. They did an o utstanding and professional job as Freddy again orchestrated a fantastic unloading to save the day for a cancelled driver!! National Van Lines needs to reach out to everyone on this move. I have seen bad movers and hood movers. I have also had MANY movers but these people were some of the best and should be recognized for their professionalism, work ethic, care, and interactions. Top notch and great job!!

Overall the move exceeded our expectations. It started with Paul Gregory doing an excellent job estimating, providing helpful packing advice and then helping us decide the range of load and delivery dates. Aaron Bacon our sales and moving agent provided timely communication of the specific load date as well as providing timely answers to questions that we had. Jaime Sahagun our driver provided exceptional service, starting with calling us the day before the load date providing his eta the next morning. He showed up on time. He and his 2 helpers worked extremely hard as well as taking great care with all our goods. After everything was packed up he told us when he would be delivering the goods to the destination. While on the road he confirmed his eta for delivery and again showed up on time. Jaime and his helper placed all our goods where we wanted them to go taking great care with our furniture. Overall Jaime went out of his way to be helpful and courteous. I would rec ommend these employees as well as National Van Lines to anyone.

We had wonderful service from the individuals with whom we worked, especially Greg DeLano at Golden Services and our driver, Tyler Hinckley. Our move was from Washington state to Virginia and included a lot of downsizing, coordination with the timing of house buying and selling, and transportation of cats across the country. From the beginning, Greg was incredibly helpful, letting us know what packing supplies were available to us from Golden, understanding when the timing of the move changed du e to a quick sale of our old house, and patiently answering all of our weird and sometimes dumb questions. Tyler also was very helpful, making sure we knew when he would arrive to pickup our furnishings, etc. and keeping us informed regarding his anticipated arrival at our new home. He was detail-oriented and made sure we understood what he was doing and why. He was friendly and showed a genuine concern for us and care for our belongings. Moving is a very difficult and stressful time, but all the people we encountered connected with our move were terrific.

Truck driver and his helpers were on time and got the furniture and boxes loaded in a timely manner. Delivered to a storage unit with no problems. Only one bedroom dresser drawer was damaged on bottom all boxes were put inside a storage unit and have not been opened yet. I would definitely recommend and use this company again for moving.
