On behalf of my entire family, thank you so, so much NVL for providing us with an honest move. This was our first experience moving interstate and we didn't go half way across the nation but all the way to the other opposite end. West coast to East coast. This process for us started with a text message from NVL stating, "Evening, Denaja! If anyone asks for a deposit or for money upfront towards your move, regardless of how far in the future it is, do not work with them. You cannot reserve non-pe ak pricing. Payment isn't due until your possessions are delivered to NC. " It was sent at 9:48pm right after I got off the phone with a company to help me move that I had already scheduled to do our move and pay an initial fee of over $1k up front. I thought I did my research, but being that this was my 1st time and the timing of that text message I started to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th guess myself and started doing more research on the company I booked with. So many things they said seemed too good t o be true and after reading so many bad reviews, endless horrifying reviews and finding them out to be a broker company with no fleet, I called them up the next day and cancelled all reservations and hurried up and called NVL to find out more info and get the process started. What the rep told me, which reassured me I was making the right choice was that they are a family company that partners up with another family company that will come out the next day to do an in-person consultation and pri cing that would be final. We were pressed for time since we had to be out of the apartment soon, so I went ahead and booked it. It was a pleasure speaking with that rep as well. She was friendly and well-informed. I even called her 1 or 2 more times after everything for more questions and she didn't mind answering them. So, the next day A2B moving coming into our home for a consultation by Ryan Peltier. He was very professional and patient with our questions while walking around our apartment back in WA state. He was clear on the paperwork and what to expect with the next steps in the moving process would be. Later on that day he gave us a price, near what he estimated it would be and we finalized the amount through all the paperwork. A couple of times the price was adjusted and was cheaper which was a pleasant surprise. Then two men who came to pack all of our things, Travis and Brandon, (please forgive me if I forgot names), were so awesome. Travis was professional and quite w hile handling the paperwork with the most care and concern. Brandon was more outspoken and professional and very warm while cracking jokes with us all. He definitely helped my Mother, who was feeling so uneasiness about the move and the packing, feel more at ease and secure. He also gave us some advice on packing things up and let us know what else we could quickly put away to be shipped to our new apartment instead of leaving it behind. We used NVL to pick up our belongings from storage in California and to deliver it all to Florida. We worked with Ed for the estimate and scheduling a pick up date. He was easy to work with and very professional. Arthur hauled our stuff cross country. He too was very professional and he gave us an accurate arrival day and time. This was very helpful in coordinating with our local HOA. On arrival, Arthur and his assistant were quick and thorough in unloading our things and took great care too. No thing was damaged.

This was the best moving experience Ive ever had. James and his team of loaders and packers were very polite, energetic, engaging, and highly professional. They did an excellent job. James kept me posted via text so I knew exactly when to expect him, both at the time of pick up and delivery. Great job!!!

We had a small move from San Diego to Dallas. Our items were loaded on a Monday and delivered the following Monday. It was as smooth as can be. The two pairs of gentlemen from Firefightings Finest (Albert & Bobby in San Diego and Gabriel & Zach in Dallas) who handled our things, were polite, professional, and careful. Our communication with our coordinator Tate Matthews (McCarthy Transfer & Storage) was timely, clear, and accurate. We appreciate the top notch service from all the people we inte racted with, including customer service representative Tiffany (National Van Lines) who made sure we had our delivery when we need it and followed up to confirm all was well. Professional Movers might seem expensive but the incremental cost over doing it ourselves was definitely worth every cent. Ive decided to use these services again in the near future to move a few pieces from San Diego to Idaho. Its too easy!

We received amazing customer services from all parties. We dealt with Greg at Golden Services, Aaron at National and Robert Hicks with Hicks Transportation. We were so impressed with all parties involved. Robert with Hicks Transportation and his moving helpers, including Tyler went above and beyond in every aspect of our move. Most definitely 10+ service. We will definitely both utilize and recommend them to all our friends and family members. First of all, my apologies for the delay in getting the survey officially in . . . . It's corny but true . . . if I could give more stars, I would. Nick promised us a white glove treatment and that is what we got. Shannon, Alejandro, and his crew were all on board in making sure we were happy. A lot of moves are fluid; ours was no exception. Nick was great at providing various estimates and what if scenarios so that we made sure we had the arrangements that fit our needs. Shannon provi ded detailed instructions for the day. Alejandro and his team just amazed me. I would have zero problem in recommending Road Haugs to anyone I know. Thank you ever so much!!!!!!!
