From end to end, we had a great experience with Wayfinder. The front house team was incredibly responsive and helpful in being flexible for necessary rescheduling. Every person on the two crews that helped us pack and move were nice, respectful, hardworking, careful with our belongings and regularly checked in with us to make sure we were happy - all with smiles and while having fun, which made our move process that much better. Would recommend to anyone.

I can’t say enough about this company- the crew we had today KILLED IT! Awesome communication from initial booking all the way to moving day- estimated arrival time was 8:30am and they pulled up right on the dot. About 5-6 guys jumped out of the truck and got right to work. They wrapped up the couches, entertainment center and even went as far as taking our bed apart for us (and putting it back together at our new house!) I can’t say how impressed me and my husband were with this company today, they made our move super easy, took literally anything and everything we needed to be moved. They were done with the entire job within 5 hours. I know a lot of people don’t have good experiences with movers but this company is the REAL DEAL! You will not regret booking with them for your move- great pricing as well! We also had some good laughs with the crew, they are all such hard workers! Thank you guys again for making our moving experience stress free! Will highly recommend to everyone!

The Helix crew was friendly, flexible and efficient. They were transparent about prices and took great care of our belongings. They quickly disassembled and reassembled our bed frame and some of our larger pieces of furniture, and they asked thoughtful questions about where we wanted things placed. Highly recommend.

I have used Helix to move within DC area. It has been an extremely good experience - starting from generating quote to final move. Wonderful client service! Movers arrived on time, moved everything smoothly, fast and de-assembled/assembled the furniture items with no issues or delays. Quick payment method, insurance, contract - all boxes checked. Reliable and pleasant! Totally recommend and will use them again!

Worth every penny!! We were dreading this move, but Bonnie Relocation made the move very easy! The 4 movers were very professional, efficient, and respectful. They were very patient with my 9 year old son as well that wanted to watch and learn everything they were doing. Our gym was on the second floor and they disassembled, moved, and reassembled everything with no issues. I would highly recommend Bonnie Relocation.

We recently relocated to Florida, from Delaware. First, the crew that arrived to load the truck were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job protecting our goods and home. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with this moving company! The service is just like the name, Top Notch! This is my second time in 4 years using the company and although they have grown, the professionalism, quality of service, and overall experience was the same, from the initial inquiry to my move date. They were flexible when my closing date changed and worked hard to get me back on the books for a date that worked for me ASAP. Through all of the chaos of purchasing and selling our homes, the moving process was by far the least stressful part. The movers showed up on time and were professional and extremely FAST! As if the experience wasn’t great enough, they offer competitive market prices so I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving, locally or out of state.

Great service and great rates! I am very happy with the level of professionalism and service that I received when dealing with this company. I’ve moved three times in the last 10 years and this experience was night and day compared to my last two moves. They are real pros who know what they’re doing. They were careful with my things, they showed up when they said they would, they worked hard and fast and smart. Kevin, the organizer of my move went above and beyond with prior planning to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Their prices are extremely competitive, and that was the icing on the cake.

B & C Moving were phenomenal. They were incredibly professional and nice , from our first call with Germaine to the end of the move. The men were super careful packing all of our things, not one item was broken. extraordinary care was taken loading and unloading the moving van. Francisco and Jorge came one day before moving day and packed each item with care. everyone involved with with our move did a terrific job. i highly recommend them.

1) Harry Goldman of Premier Moving ( AZ) was FANTASTIC in his "sales presentation" acquiring our business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDEED to neighbors. Harry was quick to respond to text/calls even when on vacation. 2) Premier's crew of packers worked very hard and quickly - so far ONLY a couple of VERY small damaged items - however missing one drawer for my wife's jewelry cabinet, hopefully we'll find it some other box. Wish there was some other way of marking the contents of boxes instead of General Ma rkings. Finding items from various rooms in mixed boxes. Not often but occasionally. 3) Miguel Flores and his staff ( Sons) were OUTSTANDING at LEAST 5 STARS - their loading/onloading of the trailer for beyond belief - I could not believe how they handled things even those which the packers should have POSSIBLY handled before they arrived. This team should be REWARDED by NVL's and requested by Premier as often as possible. 4) Still waiting on CREDIT to CC which we are entitled for NON SERVIC E used. SUMMARY: AZ residents use PREMIER Moving, Harry use Miguel Flores & team whenever possible. THANKS to these two teams that REALLY helped this 80 yr old couple move after living 51 years in their Phx home to NC. Frank Steinmetz

This was my first formal move in 35 years, and the last one was paid for and organized by the company. I went with National because the AQMS Rep, David Jacobs, was so attentive and responsive when I expressed my somewhat unique needs (no packing, no furniture, only standard 13x13x16 boxes, delivered to my mother's garage). He was the only one who did so. I was also very pleased when the pricing was very competitive with other alternatives. David kept me very informed on the status of my move arrangements. When the move dates were set National Van Lines also kept me very up-to-date on the arrangements (shuttle truck) and schedule. The pickup guy, whose name I inexcusably cannot remember/did not write down, contacted me the day before and again the morning of to keep me apprised of his status and his imminent arrival. He was very professional and efficient, and I felt my boxes were in good hands. During the move I was kept informed of the expected arrival date. I was contacte d by Marvin, the drop-off driver, keeping me updated on his status and expected arrival time. In the end we decided that his prior job was taking long enough to delay his arrival at my location until the next morning (which was good because it allowed the rain to taper off, and maybe for Marvin to get some extra rest). Marvin placed the truck so as not to impede any of my neighbour's access, and quickly and efficiently unloaded my shipment into my mother's garage. He was professional, just like all the other people I dealt with during this move. I do not know when I might need to move again, but if and when I do I would not hesitate to go with AQMS/NVL again, and I would describe my positive experience with them to anyone who wants to know about it. I was extremely pleased with my National Van Lines move. My possessions were expertly and safely packed. There was no breakage, either of furniture or of crystal, china, or other fragile items. This is in very marked contrast to our previous move 8 years ago with another company, in which almost every item of furniture was broken or damaged and there was significant breakage of fragile items; so I know firsthand that the professional packing and handling that NVL provided requires valuable trai ning by the parent company. NVL personnel were proficient, polite, and friendly. Our move was complex because items from our departure location went to 4 different new locations. NVL personnel worked hard with us to assure that each item got to its proper new location. I would highly recommend NVL to customer's seeking a "moving" partner. Abigail (Gail) Conrad

To me having David of National Van Lines (NVL) arrive at my apartment to give me a quote was a God wink when I found out he was from Benson AZ and had graduated from BUHS (about 100 years after me, of course). I was born and raised in Benson and had attended Benson schools all my life. I had already received a couple of quotes from other van lines and needed to make a decision pretty quickly, but the other two never followed up with me, asking if I needed more info, etc., which not only David di d, but also Nichole and a Michael from NVL in Chicago. I made my decision and received the necessary information as to packing, pick-up date, possible delivery dates pretty quickly from the NVL Tucson office. God Bless Sandra at the Tucson office who was always so pleasant despite the fact that a couple of times I had to call her more than once to verify what she had already told me in a previous call, just 5 minutes before. The day before pick up day, she called to give me the names on the te am that would arrive the next day; asked that if they didn't arrive by a certain hour to call her. That was not necessary because on 2/22/2022, the NVL team of Mark, Jesus and--lo and behold--Terry himself arrived. They were all so pleasant, but also efficient and courteous, and before I knew it, done and gone with all my stuff. I talked to Sandra a couple of times before delivery, at which time she gave me the name of the person who would be calling me with exact date of delivery. She said I s hould call her with any questions regarding delivery and payment. Gerry of NVL called my daughter on 3/9/22 to let her know they would be delivering my stuff the next day. On 3/10, Gerry and Chris arrived to deliver my stuff and just like the Tucson NVL team were equally pleasant, but also efficient and courteous, and before I knew it they had installed all my stuff downstairs, being so very careful not to scratch the beautiful hardwood floors and stairs. I must mention here that Chris' method o f carrying boxes and other items was unbelievable and almost "magical". Don't know how else to accurately describe his style but worth mentioning. NVL office staff and both moving teams made this move extremely pleasant--if any move can be called pleasant and anxious free. Thank you National Van Lines.
