Dave and his crew were wonderful to work with. They arrived early, set up and ready to go every morning. They had a plan for the move that kept everything organized. Dave came out beforehand to make sure we had the supplies necessary and to review the schedule. We are a public library and they moved our entire operations, including materials (83,000 items), shelving, offices and lots of miscellaneous. We are using them for our return move. Did I mention that power had not been turned on, yet that did not slow them down a bit. A great experience.

Everything came together as promised! That's important now days. Our driver Sean was the best!! He and his crew handled everything in a most efficient and professional manner. Shout out to those guys! All time and financial commitments from Spencer (estimator) and Linda (move coordinator) were honored even though we had more than expected in weight. I can not express enough, on the professional experience we received from Willamette Express, and National van lines. Jon and linda, from Willamette , and their very experianced crew, did a miraculous job in packing and loading our furniture, the access to our home would not allow a semi trailer, the crew loaded our furniture onto 2 box trucks,hauled it to their warehouse and reloaded the other truck. I cant say enough about the team members and the hard work they did. Durring the trip to our new home, 2000 miles away. My wife had a mild heart attack, we were held up in Casper wyoming, and would not make the delivery date scheduled, i called Jon and explained what happened, he assured me that he will help me when we are back on the road,him and Linda reschedule the delivery date and it worked out perfect. Jamie and his crew arrived on time and did a superb job in unpacking and placeing our furniture, im speechless on the proffessionalizem that these crews work by, i will highly rec ommend them to everyone i know.great management, great teams ...just great people..you dont see that around anymore. The move was to be made with a sub contractor,not a national van line truck.The pick up day and deliver date were adhere to.I was told that it was going to be pick up I a 53feet truck not 2 26 feet trucks.So the product that gets pick up gets handled twice and damage occurs This has occurred to my wife and my stuff.The staff on the pick up end was good and personal.The delivery service people were good also.Over service was good.Would I recommend national yes I would

After a bit of back and forth, dispatch was able to adhere to our dates for both loading and unloading. The reason for knocking off one star is they driver was several hours later than he said he'd be. I understand is was a mechanical problem with his truck one day, not sure why the same thing happened again. Even so, the men who loaded and unloaded worked very hard on two very hot days, so shout out to them all!

The moving experience went well, however the getting the estimate was not what I expected. Made the call and National set up an adjuster to come out and provide an estimate and then everything went wrong from there. The adjuster provided us an estimate that where happy with and excepted, however his boss and CEO of the company was not. They fired him and gave me a higher estimate that I was stuck with since I had no time to find another company to make the move for us since of our short time frame. The movers showed up on the day of the move and packed up a few items that had not packed and were done in 2 hours. I asked for a copy of the inventory sheet and was not given one until 2 days later. The truck took only 3 days to deliver our goods to Kansas from Oregon and that was fantastic. They estimated up to 3 weeks so 3 days was fantastic. The drivers unloaded our goods in 2 hours and only one item was damaged, however I couldnt claim it as someone had wrote the damage up on th e inventory sheet before they sent me a copy. All and all National did a great job, most of my issues came from the local moving company in Oregon that they contracted with.
