I was extremely pleased with my National Van Lines move. My possessions were expertly and safely packed. There was no breakage, either of furniture or of crystal, china, or other fragile items. This is in very marked contrast to our previous move 8 years ago with another company, in which almost every item of furniture was broken or damaged and there was significant breakage of fragile items; so I know firsthand that the professional packing and handling that NVL provided requires valuable trai ning by the parent company. NVL personnel were proficient, polite, and friendly. Our move was complex because items from our departure location went to 4 different new locations.
