We used NVL to pick up our belongings from storage in California and to deliver it all to Florida. We worked with Ed for the estimate and scheduling a pick up date. He was easy to work with and very professional. Arthur hauled our stuff cross country. He too was very professional and he gave us an accurate arrival day and time. This was very helpful in coordinating with our local HOA. On arrival, Arthur and his assistant were quick and thorough in unloading our things and took great care too. No thing was damaged.

Ed Wright was wonderful in the process to pick and book the moving van line. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Damon was also wonderful as the van line driver. He was very communicative so we knew the progress of the truck. He was also very helpful during the moving day process on both sides of the move coordinating well with the moving staff. Car pick up was a little confusing as we had trouble getting in touch with Montway when the truck didnt show up at the allott ed time. I was able to find the chat function on the website and that person was able to get the message to the right people and notify us of the new pick up time. Car drop off went smoothly. Overall, very positive moving experience.

North Bay Moving was easy to work with, especially for somewhat of a complex move, items from one location to two locations several hundred miles apart. We'd recommend them for any moving needs in the San Francisco area again.
