My moving experience from start to finish was made easier because of the personal service by Rick Tobin. Because Rick always spoke to me and was able to guide me through the necessary steps for my load and delivery schedules. All of the personnel involved both with loading and unloading were courteous and very professional. I have already recommended McCarthy Transfer and Storage and National Van Lines to anyone who I knew was contemplating a move. I had my cousin meet the truck since I am arriving home after the delivery. We had a big festival and you managed to get my things home as I asked, before the festival. Thank You for that. Im told it only took about half an hour to unload straight into my garage and then the driver reorganized his truck and was gone in another half hour.

We had a small move from San Diego to Dallas. Our items were loaded on a Monday and delivered the following Monday. It was as smooth as can be. The two pairs of gentlemen from Firefightings Finest (Albert & Bobby in San Diego and Gabriel & Zach in Dallas) who handled our things, were polite, professional, and careful. Our communication with our coordinator Tate Matthews (McCarthy Transfer & Storage) was timely, clear, and accurate. We appreciate the top notch service from all the people we inte racted with, including customer service representative Tiffany (National Van Lines) who made sure we had our delivery when we need it and followed up to confirm all was well. Professional Movers might seem expensive but the incremental cost over doing it ourselves was definitely worth every cent. Ive decided to use these services again in the near future to move a few pieces from San Diego to Idaho. Its too easy!

Art, our mover & his team did a fantastic job. I was nervous because we scheduled the date of the move 2 days before our close of escrow. Art called me the week before to introduce himself. He also told me he had a pick up the day of the schedule but would be there the next day by 7am. True to his word he arrived with his team. He said he would be finished by noon & they did. Since we moved from west to east coast he gave us a date but said barring weather or any other problems. He called the da y before & said he was on schedule & again would be at our new home about 7am. All our items were delivered, furniture setup, done swiftly & without nicks or stains to the house. We would highly recommend Art & his team.

When I decided to move from San Diego, CA to Abington, PA, I started to look for a reliable moving company. After interviewing 3 companies I decided to hire McCarthy Moving and Storage because of Rick Tobin as he seemed to be a guy that we could trust. He helped with issues every step of the way and if he didn't know it, he referred me to someone with his company. Now after many months, I am in my new home. Robert Smith was the driver who handled my household furnishings all the way from San Diego to Abington, PA. You could tell that he took great care in handling all of my things. I would recommend Robert Smith for being the caregiver of future clients of National Van Lines.

David Smith really made this move easy and worry free. He kept the team on track and both loading and unloading was stress free. Moving across the country is difficult logistically in itself, but knowing David was on top of everything (even sending texts with location updates) he deserves a bonus if every move is this smooth!!!
