I am very impressed with the service I received on both ends of the military move I just finished. My belongings were stored for almost three months and they were just delivered in great condition, they were handled and packed with expert care. The moving personnel were all very polite and friendly and even offered to unpack all of my stuff for me. I could not have prayed for a better moving experience.

When we arrived in the morning everything was in place and the workers were there and waiting in the parking lot for us. The parking area was reserved and everything was set up in advance. We were very impressed with the very professional service with prompt service.

The research and process of finding a moving company can be overwhelming. Reviews and such, Barstow Transfer and Storage has been around in Barstow for over 50 years, and still remains their integrity,professionalism, and attention to detail in their process. National Van Lines- Sue Mackey, she was outstanding in her Customer Service, pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you so much! Richard Quiroz- Very professional with his team of Movers, and my Boxes, and his attention to detail. M ade sure ETA and communication along his destination was committed to me. Nothing got broken!!! Our furniture and boxes were picked up when promised. The price was agreed upon beforehand and we were not charged any extra upon delivery. The driver kept in contact with us and showed up on time. They had to move our stuff to a smaller truck because of the steepness of our driveway and this was all included. Three men unloaded our stuff very carefully, using floor protectors to avoid damaging our tile floors. We have used them for several family members and are extremely happy with them. We hi ghly recommend using them.

From start to finish, the National Van Lines team exceeded our expectations. Too many team members to mention, and sure I will leave some out, however, Paul, DeeDe, Eddie, and the loaders from Barstow were awesome from day one! Eddie and the loading team were the best we ever had in all of our moves! Carlos, the delivery driver and the crew he brought together on the deliver side were awesome too. What is the claim process for any damage or lost items that we come across?
