Worked with John Kearney in Nokomis Fl. It was a non furniture move of 24 boxes a bike and handicapped scooter. The move was to Maryland There were two drop off points one being a storage facility. John hooked us up with a New York mover who made the long distance haul. Both John's crew and the New York guys were pros. They broke nothing and lost nothing. Three very good movers and packers arrived on schedule and did an excellent job getting my furniture and boxes packed very professionally . They were well prepared and moved very swiftly to accomplish their mission. They even had some used boxes extra boxes and wardrobes to carry some odd shaped items so they could come across country without any mix ups . The only person was disappointed with was d Spectful Kearney for not getting back to with a phone call or boxes I requested. On the rece iving end Mr Billy and his coworker were very careful and efficient as they had to rent a Penske in order to deliver to La Loma because of their driveway access here on this end. They used a back door to mover quickly into my apartment. No time wasted they really moved quickly and Were extremely respectful to myself and sister and brother in law. We are three seniors and I am handicapped and they kept everything safe. My self safe and my furniture. I was very grateful to the drivers and the ir crews. I would also ask if perhaps John Kearney would perhaps find out the rules of the condo assoc about moving times. The crew checked in with our Maintenance person who never told them the time they had to be out of our building. With an afternoon pick up Kearney should hv perhaps asked the hrs. the 3 men who delivered my furniture were polite. But I do feel that when the truck broke down I should have received a phone call saying that delivery would be late. Also I do feel more training is needed on packing the truck and taking off the truck. I had a few plastic containers broken. when bed room set was moved into bedroom some one banged door and chipped it. new house I haven't lived in it yet. They brought In a chest of drawers and left it up side down I. house now I need to f ind someone to help me turn it over. They just need to be polished up on the delivery

Everything was perfect beginning with our local booking agent in Florida. He arranged everything and was very patient and understanding with our schedule situation and explaining how everything works. The National Van Lines crews were superb. I have never seen crews work so hard and get so much loaded and unloaded in such short times. The driver was extremely professional and so efficient. He worked with our schedule and was very pleasant. I highly recommend National Van Lines.
