What Your Week May Look Like (AKA Your Creative Playground):
Strategic Leadership:
- Design brochures, flyers, and one-pagers that leave a lasting impression.
- Make social media visuals that get people clicking, liking, and sharing.
- Create conference exhibit materials (think booth graphics, banners, signage—the works!).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
- Develop PowerPoint templates that make presentations anything but boring.
- Assist with email marketing visuals and website graphics.
- Work with print vendors to make sure designs look just as good in real life as they do on screen.
- Have the opportunity to bring graphics to life with motion design & animation (a bonus, but a BIG plus!).
Qualifications, Requirements & Education
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. After Effects is a plus).
- Experience with PowerPoint design and template creation.
- Understanding of social media design best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to design within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Experience with print production processes and file preparation.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (preferred but not required).
- Experience in basic HTML/CSS for web design is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity of Mailchimp and Constant Contact designing a plus.
